The End of the Day

Give someone you love a hug goodnight. (Make sure you have their permission first.)
Hugging
- feels good,
- dispels loneliness,
- overcomes fears,
- opens doors to feelings,
- builds self-esteem,
- slows down aging, huggers stay younger longer,
- helps curb appetites:
we eat less when we are nourished by hugs
and when our arms are wrapped around others.
